 Here you will find some of the answers to the most common questions that are received.

Q:  Are these Hallmark Keepsake ornaments?
A: No, there are a few that appear similar in style, but there ornaments are not Hallmark. They are customized from toys and collectibles.

Q: Do you take custom orders? 
A: Unfortunately we do not take custom orders.

Q: Do these come in original packaging?
A: Because they are customized items there is no original packaging, but they do come carefully wrapped in tissue paper so that if you choose you can give as a gift right in the shipping box.

Q: What locations do you ship to?
A: Currently we ship to the USA only, in the future we hope to add more locations.
